Jen’s Approach
Jen’s style is relational, collaborative, and gently curious. She believes healing happens when people feel truly seen and accepted. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, she tailors her support to each client’s needs, pace, and goals.
She works with adults and youth (15+), creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences without pressure. Jen integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients live according to their values, Mindful Self-Compassion to reduce self-criticism, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for practical tools, and EMDR for processing trauma. Sessions can include both deep emotional work and actionable strategies for everyday life.
Whether someone is navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, ADHD, work stress, or a major life transition, Jen aims to help them feel more grounded, more compassionate toward themselves, and more connected to what matters most.
